Emergency Assistance
The Salvation Army’s Emergency Assistance program is a homeless prevention program.
Whether it is clothing, furniture, prescriptions through a collaborative program with Hawthorne Pharmacy, transportation through CMRTA system, work tools, uniforms or school supplies that are needed, our staff will tailor an intervention program to prevent families and individuals from slipping into homelessness. We use thorough assessments, flexibility, creativity and advanced problem solving skills to connect folks to the goods and services they desperately need at this critical stage in their lives.
